Force Majeure Events

In the event of circumstances beyond the organiser's control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, wars, or other force majeure events, the organiser reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel the event. Any such changes will be communicated to registered participants promptly via the contact details provided at registration.

Postponement or Relocation

In the event of postponement or relocation, registered participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to the revised date and/or location at no additional cost. Should a participant choose not to accept the revised arrangements, a written refund request must be submitted to the organiser within 14 days of the official notification of the change.

Refund Processing Timeline

Refund requests that are approved under these circumstances will be processed within a minimum of 90 days from the date the refund request is formally received by the organiser. The organiser shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses, or damages incurred by participants as a result of such changes, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or visa-related expenses.

Please note: The 90-day processing period begins from the date a complete written refund request is formally received. Incomplete requests or requests submitted outside the 14-day window may not be eligible for processing.

Full Cancellation

In the event of full cancellation where no alternative date or location is offered, refunds will equally be processed within a minimum of 90 days from the date of the official cancellation announcement.

General Non-Refundable Policy

The package is non-refundable under all other circumstances not covered by this clause. Participants acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their own travel insurance, travel documents, and any necessary visas. The organiser accepts no responsibility for health-related issues affecting participants during the event.
